Phase 1 development at Nansledan

Re-usable hoarding makes economic sense at Nansledan

Because CG Fry takes the long view, they chose Perimeters re-usable hoarding for their Nansledan development in 2015.  And that fitted in with the long term perspective shaping the Nansledan. Perimeters installed the hoarding and gates that formed CG Fry's original site compound.  But with 2018 upon us, CG Fry again called on Perimeters, this time to re-position their compound. Reusable hoarding is the responsible choice How much better Perimeters' system copes with wind and weathering than timber hoarding was an important factor in the original choice.  With the need to move the...

Artfully decorated Perimeters plastic hoarding

Be considerate, Plastic Site Hoarding can be more fun and safer

Perimeters working with Kier delivered a few cheerful additions to the play area at Trevithick School in Camborne.  Perimeters installed its reusable plastic hoarding across a playground and adjacent field. This turned what could have been a monotone barrier into something all together more jazzy. An imaginative frieze now decorates the site hoarding that protects the play area from the ongoing construction work. The frieze is already encouraging the tots to channel their "Messi"ness on the playground as well as in art class.  The ball print marks and pattern the age...

Plymouth Hoarding from Perimeters

Plymouth Hoarding : Perimeters keeps the kids playing

It's well known, kids and construction sites shouldn't mix. That's where the right hoarding solution comes in. It's not only the welfare of children that's at stake. The liability and reputation of the construction firm is also at stake.  But urgent needs can put kids in close proximity to construction. In Plymouth Hoarding has traditionally meant timber. However timber hoarding deteriorates and splinters as it weathers.  Steve Hoskin Construction were looking for something more sensitive to the surroundings of the work they undertook in PL2.
